Houston’s largest private poker club won’t let a pandemic stop them from honoring the sacrifices of our service men and women this Memorial Day. Prime Social plans to donate a percent of its proceeds from the upcoming holiday to benefit military families living with combat trauma.

On Monday, Prime Social will say thank you to those who are protecting us. In light of the recent pandemic, Prime Social recognizes those fighting on the medical frontlines. Members who are military, healthcare workers, or first responders can enjoy a free meal and free daily entry fee with valid id.

The members-only poker room will donate 20 percent of proceeds on Memorial Day, May 25, to the Lone Survivor Foundation. Lone Survivor Foundation provides relief, direction, and hope to military families with a progression of Post-Traumatic Growth programs. LSF’s programs are for service members (both active duty and veterans) from all military branches and service eras, along with their families who are experiencing symptoms of PTSD, Mild-Traumatic Brain injury, and chronic pain as a result of combat.

Members can play their favorite games safely while maintaining social distancing at Prime’s poker tables. The poker venue is taking temperatures, disinfecting the poker chips, and suspending their 24-hour schedule for thorough sanitizing.

“From the day Prime Social has opened, we have been committed to give back to our heroes. We invite our 14,000 plus members to help support those fighting for us this Memorial Day,” says Wayne Dolcefino, spokesman for Prime Social.

At 6 pm on Monday, May 25th, Prime Social will present a check to John “Spike” Garcia, a representative of the Lone Survivor Foundation. We encourage the media to join us in celebrating our military, healthcare workers and first responders.
